Nashville Zanies 2 tickets for $8!!

I am excited about this deal. Troy and I have been talking about going to see a show at Zanies for years, but haven’t done it. For only $4 tickets you can’t pass up this deal! Sharing Spree is offering 2 tickets to Zanies in Nashville for only $8 today. This is an 82% savings. The tickets are good for 8 months so they expire around Feb. Vacation Planning

I am planning a trip for us in October. I am not completely settled on where we are going, but I have a general idea so I am looking at ways to save and make it as cheap as possible. Vacations can be expensive and a huge pain if you don’t plan ahead. My idea is to start figuring out activities and restaurants now so I can pay for some now and have an idea of what it will cost me then.

What really got me thinking about this topic, I was given a credit for $25 at Resturants.com. If you aren’t familiar with them you can get pay a a few dollars for basically a gift card for your restaurant. I haven’t looked into this much in the past because the restaurant options in my area weren’t that exciting to me. So here I am with a $25 credit and limited options locally. So I looked up the region I want to vacation and ordered a gift certificate for there! I did read the FAQs and if plans change I can change to a different restaurant.

Resturants.com made me think of Groupon or other deal sites. I need to be looking up the area for vacation so I can find the best deals and pay for them now at a discounted rate! Today there is a deal for pizza for $7 on Groupon worth $15. I am not sure how close this is to the hotel I want, but this is something to look into.

Before you get too excited be sure to read the details of the deal. When does it expire? Is it really a good deal? Would you want to do it even if it wasn’t on sale? Don’t buy things just because there is a sale! Check out Resturants.com or Groupon for deals to start saving on today!

It has been 10 days since the Click4Hope fundraiser began for Tornado Relief! The group as raised about $10,770 at this point. It is simply amazing how the blogs and their followers have come together in such a short time to raise so much! I am a bit disappointed that It’s a Coupon Life has only raised $10 of that. Then again every little bit helps and that one sale will help someone in need. I just want to let you know we are still raising funds with a goal of $30,000.

There are over 800 magazines to choose from. Maybe a gift for a father in your life! You could give a parenting magazine to a new mom. There are so many ideas and as the picture above mentions All You Magazine is only $0.83 ea issue with $100 of coupons each issue!

One year ago today I made my first post! It was over on www.itsacouponlife.wordpress.com! I quickly moved over here and you all come to share in the savings game :) I love you all for being here and following me. I think the growth has been tremendous for my first year and only great things to come!

I know I haven’t been here as much as I would like lately, but that doesn’t mean I don’t think of the blog and things I would like to do. I do plan to do a blog makeover very soon I just have to get the vision down before I ask someone to put it together for me. I have a few giveaways I am thinking about as well.
