Coupon Exchange!

Participating in a coupon exchange is one way to get more coupons! It is exciting to see what coupons you will get each week in the mail. This is an on going exchange. You can sign up or sign off anytime I just need about a weeks notice to make schedule adustments. You can also join a coupon train on We Use Coupons by going to the forum and then Coupon Trains! I do both!

Basic Details are below. Once your info is sent I will send you an email with links to access the exchange page.

How it works:

* View Coupon Exchange Schedule on who you should send to here (changes weekly)

* Coupon Exchange Schedules will not be changed after Thursdays 8pm CST

*Send at least 25 coupons between Friday and Tuesday (date on schedule) — you are not limited to send the preferred coupons those are just to get you started.

*Leave a comment on the schedule page when you have mailed your envelope.

*If you are going to be late to mailing your envelope, post a comment on the schedule page to let us know.

*If you do not post you sent your envelope or that you are late sending it you will be skipped the  following week. Posts must be completed by noon on Thursdays.

*If you go on vacation you can send your envelope early or let me know and you can skip that week.

*No expired coupons – if it is going to expire this week or next don’t send them!

*Be sure you have the correct amount of postage. I have had my envelopes weighted mutiple times and
for 100 coupons in a Biz Envelope comes to $0.81. If you typically mail the same amount each week
take it by the post office to have it weighed then you will know for future mailings!

Exchange Tips:
*Just send what they are looking for if you have it and anything else you don’t need. At least 25 each week.

* have an envelope of the coupons I don’t need. I then go through it each week to gather coupons to send out for the exchange.

*40-50 coupons will be covered under one stamp. It has to be less than 1/4 inch. I have had my envelopes weighted 100 coupons is 81 cents.

*Watch the dates on your coupons. The coupons are only useful if they aren’t expired or close to being expired. Please only send coupons that are going to expire 2 weeks or later from the date you are mailing them out. For instance if you were to mail out coupons today 1/9 they should all expire 1/23 or later. This ensures the receiver has time to use the coupons.

*Be thoughtful when choosing coupons to send. This can be a bit time consuming. I know, I do two exchanges weekly. However, it makes it a lot more fun and useful when the coupons are matched to the wishlist the best you can. While it is understandable that coupons will not always match 100% to the wishlist try to keep it similar. The wishlist should be your starting point and then use other coupons to fill in the rest or add extras
